Fully Outsourced Uniform Solutions
For nearly three decades we have worked closely with some of South Africa’s major banks and retailers to translate their brand into a corporate uniform solution. We partner with our customers to manage their corporate wear requirements from start to finish. Let us do what we do best, so you can do what you do best.
Design
We design functional garments without compromising on style. Our design team works with the customer to translate their brand into an appropriate, comfortable and durable range of garments. Ensuring the best fit for each customer’s needs we offer both fully-customised and off-the-shelf solutions.
Order Processing
We align our ordering processes to integrate with each customers’ unique requirements. From a specialist fitting service to online ordering, we tailor the best option to make it as easy as possible.
Manufacturing
Once our in-house sample team finalises the patterns, tech packs and markers, the garments are manufactured at our production facilities. Production orders are tracked through our customised work flow process, which monitors the order through each stage of the manufacturing process.
Account Management
Guiding our customers every step of the way, our experienced account managers ensure the entire process runs smoothly.
Quality Control
All finished garments adhere to AQL 2,5 Level 1 or 2 standards. Under the supervision of our garment technologist, our quality control team monitor production of all garments. Fabrics are tested, prior to shipment, according to international standards. Upon arrival in our distribution centre, the fabric is subjected to further examination and testing by our trained fabric inspectors.
Warehousing & Distribution
Morewood’s state-of-the-art distribution centre boasts over 16 000m² of warehouse space. Each of our customers have a designated space within this facility. Consignments are collected daily from our Pinetown distribution centre for delivery around the country.
Our developed infrastructure allows us to distribute to most countries on request.
